evisacuba.com provides independent Cuba eVisa application assistance for US$59 per applicant. Refund eligibility depends on the work completed and whether the application has been submitted to the Cuban government system. Payment does not guarantee visa approval.
1. Cancellation and application stage
Before review or preparation begins
A full refund is available if you cancel before our team starts reviewing or preparing your application.
After review begins, before government submission
A partial refund of up to 50% may be issued once review or preparation has begun, provided the application has not yet been submitted to the Cuban government system. The amount depends on the work already completed; support will explain the calculation.
After government submission
The completed application assistance service is non-refundable after government submission, except for duplicate payments, a verified error on our part or any refund required by applicable law. A visa refusal does not itself qualify for a refund.
A nationality or passport issue is assessed using the same stages; it does not automatically remove the right to a full refund before work starts. The online form blocks visa-exempt and consular-review nationalities from placing an eVisa order.
2. Duplicate payments and service errors
A confirmed duplicate payment is refundable. If we made a verified processing error or failed to provide the service paid for, contact support for review and an appropriate refund or correction. These exceptions apply even when the general cancellation stage would otherwise be non-refundable.
Government fees already paid to the authorities are subject to their rules. We cannot promise a refund of a fee held by another organization. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Visa refusal and applicant mistakes
Cuban authorities decide whether to approve an application. A refusal after submission, a change of travel plans or inaccurate details supplied by an applicant does not itself qualify for a refund of completed services. Before government submission, the cancellation stages in section 1 still apply.
If you find a mistake, contact support immediately. A correction or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after government submission.
4. How to request a refund
Send your request as soon as possible, normally within 7 days of payment, so that support can establish the application stage. This request window does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
Include your application number, original application email, payment receipt or transaction ID and the reason for your request. Do not send a complete card number, card security code or online banking password.
We aim to review requests within 5–7 business days. We will explain the stage reached, any work already completed and the refund decision.
5. Refund payment and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Bank or payment-provider processing can take approximately 10–15 business days after the refund is issued; the actual time depends on the provider.
6. Policy changes
This policy applies to services ordered through evisacuba.com. Changes are published here with an updated effective date. An order is assessed under the policy applicable when it was paid for, subject to applicable law.
